Phase 1: assessment of status quo leading to an integrated ecosystem management plan. Phase 2: Strengthen community driven NR governance structure. Phase 3: Ensure implementation of a sustainable cross-border management information platform.

Aim: strengthen cross-border ecosystem management & wildlife protection through co-designing & implementing conservation monitoring technology with park authorities & surrounding communities.
